Extension to the Town Hall in Koerich

The political majority in place in Koerich in 2014 asked us to extend their town hall style to enhance the center of the village and be in phase with the Commune’s ambitions in terms of ecology and tourism.
Old Gare in Clemency
Project by Mulhern & Steil in 1998 for the Municipal Administration of Clemency.
After the closing of the last café in the village the College Echevinal of the time decided to take measures to ensure that their village would never again be without a café, which is vital for the animation of a community.
Ping-Pong in Fingig
The old school and sports buildings beside the parish church in Fingig were to be demolished and replaced by a prefabricated sports hall, until fortunately the decision was taken to restore them in order to preserve the rural character of the village centre.
Parish Church in Fingig
After the restoration of a first church in 1994, the Commune of Clemency commissioned us to restore a second church, dating from the 19th century, in the neighboring village of Fingig.

Project by Mulhern & Steil, the first in a series of projects for the Commune of Clemency. A collaboration of more than 20 years until its merger with the Commune of Bascharage at the end of 2011.

This project for a school building in the village of Clemency was the last of a series of designs that began in 1995 at the request of the then local authority.
