Hotel Parc Belair "l'Annexe" in Luxembourg

The owners of the Parc Belair hotel in Luxembourg bought the neighbouring house to add 3 suites to their existing offer of accommodation. We added an annex on the ground floor and in the basement to accommodate offices and a dining room that can be used with the garden for receptions and cocktails during the summer. 

While respecting the original heritage building we used a neo-classical style to embellish what was once a rear facade looking onto the city’s dump. Now that the dump has been transformed into a busy urban park, the facade offers a pleasant view worthy of its new surroundings.

Unfortunately, this did not set a precedent.
