Allotment "Bettenwiss II" in Eischen

We had been commissioned to develop this land on the edge of the construction zone in Eischen.

We proposed a new street that followed the natural contours of the land bordered by buildings with a rural character.
Instead of following the alignment of the street with the houses we have created 4 zones with different characters by using the houses to frame irregular spaces, the largest of them highlighting the natural mound, which would be difficult to arrange differently.
We have planned a dirt pedestrian path along the hill to encourage walks in the countryside, and the possibility of creating a street towards the plateau in the event of a future expansion of the construction perimeter.
