Parish Church in Fingig

After the restoration of a first church in 1994, the Commune of Clemency commissioned us to restore a second church, dating from the 19th century, in the neighboring village of Fingig.

The restoration of the exterior was carried out in 2003 in order to stop the deterioration inside due to bad weather. The interior was restored in 2007 and 2008.

All the interest in the church of Fingig are the woodwork, works of art and paintings that cover the walls and vaults. The paintings were restored with love and skill by the firm A.R.T. SA., True specialists in the field, under the watchful eye of the National Sites and Monuments.

Woodwork and wooden artworks have been restored by Stadtbredimus Homecoming.
