Residence “Am Bongert“ in Clemency

Project by Mulhern & Steil for a building of 6 apartments with cellars and 6 garages, completed in 1998 for the Communal Administration of Clemency.

This apartment building was planned as part of a social housing estate in the Commune of Clemency. By its position and size, the building is intended to give a certain grandeur to the entire subdivision which also includes 51 single-family homes.

The vernacular architecture of the garages uses the same materials and details as the agricultural laundries and annexes of the region.
